To access this screen, go to Communication Tracking in the Staff Control Panel. Then once you have done a search, highlight the appropriate item and then click Link.
This shows details of the specific link. The window displays both item details and link details.
The item type and description
The staff member that added the item and when.
A summary of the item, For example, from Agent to client A000. (Internally generated).
Whom the item is addressed to. For example, a letter To the bank.
Whom the item is from. For example, a letter From the agent.
The path name of the external document it is linked to, if appropriate.
A Description of the link.
The time and the date it was requested and by which staff member.
The time and the date it was actioned and by which staff member.
The staff member the link is assigned to.
Client Partner currently and when link was requested.
Client Manager currently and when link was requested.
