Client Job Profile

The Client Job Profile details the profile and how much of the profile has been completed for a particular client job. From within this screen stages can be marked as complete or N/A (not applicable) which updates the profile immediately. It is also possible to post Tasks against particular stages as a reminder to yourself or one of your colleagues.

This screen can be accessed from the Client Maintenance screens and various other screens, like Job Planning.

If the job stage is Linked to an automatic complete action, then it is possible to perform that action from within the Client Job profile Screen. This can be done by either highlighting the appropriate job stage and clicking in Open button, under Workflow Link. Alternatively, right click on the job stage and then select the appropriate event from the Menu. For example, if the Job stage was "Final Tax return produced", then clicking on the Open button would open up Personal Tax and process the Client's tax return.
