The Job Stages screen allows you to see what job stages are: assigned to yourself and when they are due. There is also an option to show all the stages. This gives you control of important deadlines.
To access the Job Stages screen from the PM icon right-click and select Job Stages. This will open up the stages for the current login Due in the next 28 days and already overdue. Stages that are overdue already will be marked in Red, whereas those not overdue will be in black.
You can change the search criteria to only look for stages dues in the next week or for stages that are just overdue.
The search criteria can be extended to look for all stages under a certain job manager or client partner. There is also an option to show all stages so no stages with a Due Date will be missed.
From viewing these stages you can then post a Task to a staff member. This links a task that will appear on their Task Browser to remind them of the work that needs to be done. Further details of tasks linking to stages can be found here. From the stage you can View the client details, job details, the full profile, or just details of that stage.
Should a stage be completed but this is not yet recorded on the system you can use the Mark as Completed option, which will update the client job accordingly.
