Batch Print Returns

This option prints Self Assessment returns for the selected range of clients or tax years.

This uses most of Windows standard multiple selection features for more information on these functions click here and includes a number of search features. The select clients option has three options that are potentially useful: partner, manager or client identifier searches. The client type is set for Personal Tax clients. The year end date is not used by Personal Tax.

These are the standard methods used in Windows to make selections:

Click on the client id to highlight a single client. (This will also clear the highlight from any previously selected clients)
Press <Shift> and click on a second id to highlight a range (all those between the first selected and the second).
Press <Ctrl> and click to highlight additional clients without losing those already selected
Press <Ctrl> and click on a highlighted client to deselect it
Press <Ctrl>A to select all clients listed.

Click Select to continue and set the report options then click OK to continue. IRIS will display the 'Report Output' screen. Select the output required (wordprocessor output is not available for facsimile forms).

The batch print will end with an exception report listing exceptions for all clients selected.
