To access this screen select Setup, Tax Return Options.
This option enables you to set defaults for the following at practice level:
To be displayed at the top of return in the right hand corner.
To print an alternative date on a:
Personal Tax return go to Administration, Edit Tax Return Dates and amend the Clients Tax Return received from HMRC field.
Partnership return go to Trades, Partnerships, Data Entry, Miscellaneous Information Pages 1 and 2.
Trust return go to Data Entry, Trust, Other Trust Information.
To print the client's telephone number on a:
Personal Tax return select the Reliefs etc tab and select Miscellaneous, Personal Details, Daytime Phone Number
Partnership return go to Trades, Partnerships, Data entry, Other Information, Declaration and change the default from the agents phone number to the client's.
Trust return go to Data Entry, Miscellaneous, Daytime Phone Number.
This option only applies to Practice Management users. When a computation is printed the status chosen here will be selected by default and can be changed if needed. This option only applies to Practice Management users.
Please note that these are the practice defaults, so changing the tax return options screen for one client will effect all clients unless individual changes are made to specific clients using the above options.
