There is an option under program setup (via tax return options) to select that the agent's phone number should be printed on all tax returns
Contact Client or Agent (C/A) enter C for client or A for agent
Telephone numbers, these are shown for information purposes only
If the daytime contact number is different from that registered for the client or agent as above, enter number, otherwise leave blank. The client's or agent's phone number should already have been entered elsewhere in the system.
This field can be useful for one of the following reasons:
You do not want any phone number to be printed: select C (client number) and enter a full stop in this field.
You want the agent's number printed but do not want the agent's name and reference shown in the additional information box: Enter C (client number) and enter the agent's phone number in this field.
The agent's phone number is taken from the program setup accountant's details. The client's phone number is taken from their personal details entered in client maintenance.
When the agent's number is printed on the tax return the agent's name and the client identifier will automatically be shown in the additional information box on the main tax return except when printing FBI returns
