To access this screen, go to View | Client | history tab highlight event relating to Share Issue, Bonus, Rights Issue, Reclassification etcetera and click on View.
Alternatively go to; Reports | Company Forms | View entry, for one of the following forms:
SH01 (CA1985 – 88(2))
SH08 (CA1985 – 128(4))
SH02/SH08 (CA1985 – 122/128(4))
This screen shows the details of the event that would appear on the form were it to be printed. The clients name and identifier will appear, followed by the date it was issued and who it was logged by. Beneath this shows the type of shares issued, the qualifying shares and the details, for example, how many and their value will be shown. These details cannot be amended here. However, it is possible to select/change the Authoriser Designation from the drop down menu and to select to override statement of capital calculation.
For reclassifications: This event triggers Form SH08 (CA1985 -128 (4)) as part of a share reclassification when the new share type has had no previous shares issued. A choice between Assignment of Name or New Name is offered.
Other options available on this form are:
Delete – deletes the event.
Event – shows the details of the event associated to this form.
Save – saves any changes made to the event.
Close – closes the screen.
