To access this screen, go to View | Client | History tab, select the Declaration of discharge of mortgage or charge and click View.
This log can also be accessed using one of the following methods: Reports | Company Forms, select one of the following forms and click View:

Or go to; Edit | Mortgages and Charges | Edit | Events tab - highlight an existing 'Declaration' event and click Edit.
This form displays the details of the declaration showing the Clients identifier and name, the date of the original charge and its type and value, the date that the charge was satisfied and the person and date when the discharge was logged. Below these details are the options by which the charge was discharged. If required these options can be amended to be either: Released, Ceased or Released and Ceased. Below this are the options for the satisfaction of the charge, this data can also be amended to be either in Full or Part. If this needs to be updated click the other option and click OK to update the database and close the form.
Other options that are available on this form are:
Delete - deletes the event
OK - logs any changes to the database and close the form
Cancel – closes the form without saving any changes.
