To access this screen, go to:
Client | View | History tab, highlight a Change of service or main address item, click View.
Client | View | Basic tab, click Forms, highlight a form CH01 (CA1985 – 288c) or LLCH01 (CA1985 – LLP288c), click View.
This screen displays the details of the address After any changes were made. It shows the client identifier, client name, for whom the address is used and the address type, the date this address became effective, who the change was logged by, the new address details, who authorised and change and when the last change to this screen was made.
The items displayed on this screen cannot be amended.
Close - closes the screen without saving changes.
