To access this screen, go to Client | View | History, select either relevant change of name entry, click View.
Alternatively go to; Reports | Company Forms, select one of the following forms then click View:
CH01 (CA1985 – 288c)
CH03 (CA1985 – 288c)
LLCH01 (CA1985 – LLP288c)
This screen displays the details of the director's, Company Secretary’s or trustee’s name Before any changes were made. It shows the client identifier, client name, when and who logged the change, the date until the name was used and the person’s name up until the stated date.
This screen allows the user to amend:
the effective date of the change
the previous director's Secretary’s or Trustee’s name
Authoriser Designator
Delete - removes the logged details and prevent a form from being generate.
Update - saves changes and close the screen.
Close - closes the screen without saving changes.
