To access this screen, go to:
Client | View | History tab, highlight the Change of country registered in item, click View Entry.
Client | View | Basic tab | Form, highlight an AD05 form, click View Entry.
This screen displays the details of the changes that were made. It shows the client identifier, client name, the effective date that the change is applicable from, who the change was logged by and the log date, which country the client was previously registered in was, which country the client is now registered in is, the authoriser designator and when the last change to this screen was made.
Where the client is a Limited Company using the Welsh equivalent the checkbox will be ticked.
This screen allows the user to amend:
the effective date of the change
the authoriser designator
Delete - removes the logged details and prevent a form from being generate.
Update - saves changes to the database.
Close - closes the screen without saving changes.
