access this screen, go to:
Client | View | History, select
the Annual Return Date (manually logged) then click View.

Reports | Company Forms, select
the form AR01 or LLAR01

click View
This screen displays the details of the date the annual return is ready. It shows the client identifier, client name, who the date was logged by and when, and when the last change to this screen was made. These details cannot be amended.
Other options that are available on this form that can be amended are:
Tick box option to show if the Annual Return has been Produced with full shareholder list. This will be updated when an AR01 with a full list of shareholders is printed.
Override SIC Codes (see below for further information)
Override statement of capital calculation. Additional screens will be provided when generating AR01.
Authoriser Designation
SIC Codes will be displayed were entered within the client maintenance Categories tab. An option to 'Override SIC Codes' is provided for manual entry if required.
NOTE: The UK SIC codes database has been updated to use UK SIC 2007 codes which are applicable to Annual Returns made up on or after 1st October 2011. For returns made up before 1st October 2011 where UK SIC 2003 codes had previously been selected, these will continue to be used until a return made up on or after 1st October 2011 is generated, at which point the SIC code entered under Client | View | Categories will need to be updated (a prompt will be provided when generating a return).
Where a discrepancy occurs with the SIC codes selected or a UK SIC 2003 code is required (for a return made up before 1st October 2011) the 'Override SIC Codes' option should be used.

Other Info. - opportunity to change the DTR5 status of the company. Click here for further information.
Delete - removes the logged details and prevent a form from being generate.
OK – saves the changes to the database.
Close - closes the screen without saving any changes.
