To access this screen,
go to Client | View, and click the magnifying glass next to IRIS OpenBooks Company.
Details of the IRIS OpenBooks company which the IRIS client is linked to should be entered in this window. The details to be entered in this window are the details from IRIS OpenBooks. When logged on with an accountants login to IRIS OpenBooks, in the All Companies tab, select Edit against the company, in the Company section, the Name and SubDomain will be displayed, these are the details which should be entered in the fields in this screen.
The company name of the client in IRIS OpenBooks should be entered in this field
The URL/Subdomain for the IRIS OpenBooks Company should be entered here, this is the URL the IRIS OpenBooks client would use to access IRIS OpenBooks.
This option can be used to Test that the details entered can be verified by IRIS OpenBooks.
In order to verify access to the IRIS OpenBooks company, the accountants login details must be entered. These details should be entered in Client | View, Accountant, within the Accountants details select the IRIS OpenBooks options.
