To access this screen,
To Strike Off, go to Client | View select Struck off | Save
To Reinstate, go to Client | View deselect Struck off | Save
This screen is used to select which director(s) of a Limited company or which designated member(s) of a Limited Liability Partnership are signing the form DS01 (CA1985 - 652a) or form DS02 (CA1985 - 652c) if the company is being reinstated.
Select the relevant director(s) or designated member(s) required to sign and enter the date of application for the company to be struck off the register into the Effective date of change field.
Click Log to save to changes and activate the form DS01 (CA1985 - 652a) or DS02 (CA1985 - 652c), or alternatively, click Don't Log to exit without saving changes.
