To access this screen, go to Client | View | Address tab | Registers.
This window is used to select the address that is used for the Location of the following registers:
· Register of members – Selecting an address here will generate Form 353 – Location of register of members,
· Register of debenture holders – Selecting an address here will generate Form 190 – Location of register of debenture holders.
· Directors’ service contracts – Selecting an address here will generate Form 318 – Location of directors’ service contracts.
The down arrow will list the different address currently entered into this client.
The At R/O tick box is used to select the registered office of this client as the address.
The Computer Format tick box is used to select whether the register is held in a non-physical format (ie on computer).
NB: When ticked, this will generate alternative forms for Register of Debentures (form 190a instead of form 190) and for Register of Members (form 353a instead of from 353).
Update will save the changes made and return to the address’s screen, Close will exit out of this screen without saving changes, and Debentures will open up a new window where a description of debentures can be entered into.
