This screen is used to link a shareholding in Capital Assets to one of the companies supplied as part of the Dividend Service database or to one of the companies setup within IRISPTP. It is also used on the dividend database screen.
As there are at least 5,000 Companies on this master list, a search facility has been provided. Type in the first few letters of the company name to locate the company. Use the box above the OK button for this purpose. The search starts as soon as something is entered and continues to be refined as more characters are entered. Do not hit <Return> or OK.
Select a company with the appropriate share class from the list and click OK or press <Return>.
It is possible, in conjunction with the optional Dividend Service, to enter the dividends paid by these companies setup in IRISPTP so that they can be automatically imported by all shareholders or the dividends of these companies can be entered via the Share Register and imported by all shareholders.
