This screen displays options to produce a list of outstanding forms for processing, where processing can mean to be printed or electronically filed. Choose from the following options:
Outstanding Forms - choose to option a list of outstanding forms which can be electronically filed to Companies House or outstanding forms which can be printed. Outstanding forms are forms where they have not been marked as printed or electronically filed. E-File forms has the option to also include any forms previously marked as electronically filed but has a current status of rejected and to print a paper copy of all the forms as they are being processed on the Multiple Forms screen. Printing forms includes forms that are not eligible for electronic filing but there is the option to include events deemed as outstanding which could have been electronically filed.
The selection here determines what happens when Process is selected on the Multiple Forms screen.
Search Criteria options further reduces the list of outstanding forms by entering any combination of a events created within a date range, the staff member who logged the form and/or the type of form to be produced.
Additional Options include the ability to list outstanding Incorporations only which includes IN01 (Companies Act 1985 form 10, form 12 and EINC's). Also for Companies Act 1985 specify the document output to use Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader, all Companies Act 2006 forms will be produced in the PDF viewer. Tick the option to include documents which were previously marked as having been printed and, if a Practice Management licence is present, whether to Log in Communication Tracking.
Once the above selections are made click OK to produce a list of outstanding forms in Multiple Forms or Cancel to exit the screen without making any changes.
