To access this screen, go to Reports | Company Forms.
This screen displays all the events that have taken place for the selected client where a form needs to be printed out and sent to Companies House, for example, annual return or HMRC, for example, Form 42.
The window displays all the completed forms for this company based on the events entered including the date the form was logged, the form number, description of the event, the date the form was printed, the status of the form (such as, Sent, Pending, Accepted or Rejected) and the date the last time the status was amended. For further details about which forms are available and examples of each form, go to Help | Help | Forms.
If a document was electronically filed to Companies House the submission number of the last submission is also displayed which is the unique reference used when querying form details with IRISPTP Support or Companies House.
Description of the event (SD) Events with Same day filing’ will display the form with (SD) after the foam reference, such as, NM01(SD). The SD indicator is used on all change of name events so it is possible to manually track paper filed documents using the Same day filing service with Companies House.
Paper clip symbol – the column indicates an attachment to the event. The display of the symbol is for all change of name events (paper and efile) when the certificate is attached. Selecting the paperclip symbol beside the event with an attachment will display the attachment.
The columns can be sorted by selecting the heading of the column to use for ordering the details, also right click the screen and select Column Options for the option to Display Status Amended Column and/or Display E-File Envelope Number Column. Select Reset Column Layout to include all column and restore the order of the forms to be displayed by Date.
Highlight a form and choose which document format it is to be generated in once Print Form is selected:
MS Word - sets the form to be generated as a Microsoft Word document (extension .DOC).
Adobe PDF - sets the form to be generated as an Adobe PDF document (extension .PDF).
CH E-File - tick to electronically file the selected form with Companies House. This option is only available for selection with documents which can be electronically filed and if selected will prompt to continue to e-file the form once the Word or PDF version of the document is viewed and approved.
Only Companies Act 1985 forms have the option to be produced in word, all Companies Act 2006 forms will be produced in Adobe PDF

Form Status shows details of selected form and includes the option to manually alter the status of the form. See Form Status for more details.
Print Form generates the selected form using Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader completed with the details as entered in IRISPTP. Certain forms generated may affect more than one business especially if, for example, the address information is shared, such forms are AP01 (CA1985 -288a) , TM01 (CA1985 -288b), CH01 (CA1985 -288c) and DA01 (CA1985 -287). When these have been created the Print Form option extends to Selected Event or Multiple Forms. Selecting multiple forms processes all the forms relevant to this specific event for all the companies affected.
Add Event - opens the Log Client History Entry window to log a non-share register event.
View Entry - displays the relevant information for the event. Some information can be amended.
Close exits the screen.
Blank forms can be generated from Reports | Blank Forms and forms where only the company number, name and contact for queries details are completed can be generated from Reports | Forms with Basic Details.
