This screen is used to select who should be the contact stipulated on forms submitted to Companies House for the client.
Use system options is ticked by default and uses the contact specified in Setup | Form Options | Presenter Information.
Alternatively, deselect Use system options to specify a contact for which queries should be addressed to for this client only. Available options are:
Accountants address, using the clients manager as contact - as set up in Client Maintenance on the Categories tab
The accountants address, using the clients responsible partner as contact - as set up in Client Maintenance on the Categories tab
The accountants address, using a named staff member (Enter the ID) - clicking on the magnifying glass displays the staff browser, selection may be made from the list
The accountants address with no named contact - the agent as specified in Setup | Practice Options.
The clients address, using a named contact - click Choose to enter either an existing person who may or may not be a client or a new person may be set-up
The clients address, using main contact - as set up in Client | View | Contacts tab.
The clients address with no named contact - the client's main name and address
No presenter details - leaves the contact details blank
Use the Client Screens button to access the company’s Business Client Maintenance screen.
Click OK to save changes or Cancel to abandon changes and exit the screen.
