To access this screen, go to Reports | Company Forms | tick CH E-File | Print Form. Once Word or PDF form has closed, Company Secretarial will prompt whether or not to send E-File to Companies House, click Yes.
This screen will appear when there has been a problem generating the E-File. The error message states that there are missing or incorrect tags to complete the E-File. A list of these tags will be displayed on screen. For example:
"Tag 1011 (company authentication) is not present"

Due to these missing or incorrect tags, Companies House will reject this E-File. Due to this, Company Secretarial will terminate the generation of the E-File.
The missing or incorrect information will need to be entered into the database before the E-File can be generated.
