This screen displays the current status of the selected document (as indicated in Description field).
If the document was electronically filed additional information is available:
Submission number - a unique number used to identify the document once submitted to Companies House.
Responses - shows the number of requests sent to Companies House for the status of the selected document.
Sent - shows the user, date and time that the selected document was submitted to Companies House. Appended with iXBRL (Internal/External) to indicate which editor was used to submit.
Received - selected (automatically) once confirmation has been received from Companies House that a submission has been transmitted successfully.
Amended - shows shows the user, date and time that the Status of the selected document was last updated. Appended with "(query status)" or "(scanner)" where a Status has been received from Companies House. Otherwise indicated Status has been manually updated.

Reject reference - only populated if an incorporation is rejected and must be included in subsequent applications for the same company.
Response text which includes any potential reasons why a rejection of the document may have occurred (or will display details where an Internal Failure has been reported which prevents the status from being updated. This text will only be removed once a valid status is received from Companies House).
Certificate - Incorporation/Change of Name Forms only:
View Certificate - option will display certificates of incorporation or Change of name that have been returned from Companies House.
External File - relates to certificates that have been saved elsewhere and manually linked to the event.
View - displays the document entered in the External File field. This is usually a PDF document.
The Status options of Sent, Pending, Accepted and Rejected can be altered. Select the status you require and click OK to save the changes or Cancel to exit the screen without altering the form.
Parked is only available for use with Incorporation Forms where Companies House have parked the submission to wait for additional information such as supporting information for sensitive names.
If a document has been electronically filed the status should not need to be altered manually as the status is tracked automatically through polling for responses from Companies House. This can be carried out manually via the Query Status option within the Form Status screen or by using the E-File Scanner (Administration | Launch E-File Scanner) which updates the status periodically.
Other options are available:
Print - allows a report to be generated displaying the content of the Form Status screen.
Query Status - sends a request to Companies House for the latest status for the selected document. This option is only enabled for electronic submissions and where the current Status is either Sent or Pending.
OK - confirms changes and closes the screen.
Cancel - abandons changes and closes the screen.
