To access this screen, go to Reports | Incorporation Forms | Send EINC.
If Send EINC is selected and an external document is selected for the Memorandum and Articles of Association or Include Supporting Data is selected and a document specified but the location and/or name of the document is invalid then the EINC document is generated however if the incorporation is selected to be electronically filed this screen appears requiring the correct path for the documents to be entered.
Enter the location of the correct document by typing it or use the spyglass to locate the Memorandum & Articles of Association as a Word document.
Click OK to proceed with the incorporation or Cancel to abandon the process.
