To access this option select Trades, Options for Refresh.
If you are preparing a set of income and expenditure accounts you will have a balancing posting to the balance sheet in Accounts Production which you will not want to appear:
In the Personal Tax module, or
On the partnership return
To prevent the balance sheet fields being completed on the Self Assessment returns check this field.
