To access this screen select Trades, Partnerships, Data Entry, Trading and professional income, Income and expenses followed by Expenses and cost.
Items in the Expenses and cost screen can be picked up from the Accounts Production and the Business Tax postings. The screens are laid out in the same format as the return.
Amounts in the trial balance in Accounts Production are totalled and mapped to the appropriate boxes on the partnership return.
Amounts in the disallowed fields are determined by postings made in Business Tax.
If you have entered a negative adjustment in the Withdrawal of cash basis screen, the adjustment is automatically added to the total of expenses in the "Other expenses including partnership charges".
