Furnished Holiday Lettings

• As of the 06/04/2012, United Kingdom (UK) and European Economic Area (EEA) furnished holiday letting properties will be shown and managed independently of each other. To accompany these changes, each screen has been split for users to enter and manage each property seperately.

Income

To enter the income select Partnerships, Data Entry, Land and property, Furnished holiday lettings followed by Income.

Enter the furnished holiday income the field provided.

Expenses

To enter the expenses select Partnerships, Data Entry, Land and property, Furnished holiday lettings followed by Expenses.

Enter the furnished holiday expenses in the appropriate fields.

Tax adjustments

To enter the tax adjustments select Partnerships, Data Entry, Land and property, Furnished holiday lettings followed by Tax adjustments.

Enter the furnished holiday tax adjustments in the appropriate fields.

There is a new tick box for environmentally friendly expenditure if required. This would only to apply to environmentally friendly assets purchased on or after 17/4/02.
