To access this screen, go to AutoMail, right-click on the AM icon in the system tray and select Launch AutoMail
The Letter Request Browser is the front screen of AutoMail. The following buttons are available:

Search |
Opens the Communication Log screen where you can search for previously generated letters and reprint them. |

Generate |
Opens the Generate Letters screen where you can create letters based on an existing template. |
|
Templates |
Opens the Template Registry where you can create new templates and edit existing ones. |
|
Mappings |
Opens the Letter event mapping maintenance screen where you can assign automatic generation of letters subject to a preset event in the IRIS system occurring. |
The following additional options are available from the File menu

Browse banks |
Allows you to maintain the Banks database, listing bank names and addresses for use in both Accounts Production and AutoMail bank letters. |
|
Browse bank accounts |
Allows you to maintain the Bank accounts database, creating a link between the banks and the clients for AutoMail bank letters. |
