This view represents the link between 'to do' items and job instances, showing only the latest 'to do' for each job instance.
The view is guaranteed to return zero or one 'to do' entries for any particular job instance.
'Latest' is defined as the 'to do' that was created chronologically latest. Whilst this should always agree with the date and time created for the 'to do' task it may not correspond to the order implied by the date and time that the task was assigned to its current assignee.
