Base View idvJobType

Description

This view exposes the rows in ISOL1411 that represent job types.

 

Type = Base view suitable for advanced end user use

 

Columns

InternalId the entity numeric Id for table ISOL1411
NormalisedId The visible identifier as it is stored on the database
VisibleId The visible identifier as seen by the user
SystemJobType

If the practice suite recognises this job type as requiring automatic job progression then this column indicates the progression that is applied. Null means that the job type is not automatically progressed.

  • PT = Personal tax
  • BTC = Corporate tax
  • AP = Production of accounts
  • BTP = Partnership tax
  • BTS = Sole trade tax
  • TT = Trust tax
  • NTO = New client take on
GroupInternalId Optional internal identifier of job group that this type belongs to.

  • N = just the job type
  • Y = job type plus year
  • U = job type plus arbitrary user supplied id
  • M = job type plus year and month
