The Jobs tab on the Staff Control Panel allows a quick glance to see jobs where the current login is the job assignee. This along with the Job Stages tab allows management of your workload to be more efficient and effective.
The search criteria can be changed in several ways and these are:
Change the Staff member to look at a colleagues jobs.
The default view with the Jobs tab is to show Jobs assigned to the current login.
This can be changed to:
Jobs assigned to
Jobs managed by
Jobs for staff managed by
Jobs for client partner
All Jobs
Include non-current (Complete) jobs on the display.
Restrict the view to a certain client.
Once the settings have been changed click on Find to refresh the search. This will then display all jobs subject to the entered criteria. From each job details can be viewed or a new one created. The client job profile can also be accessed which allows certain stages to be completed or have tasks posted to colleagues.
It is possible to Configure or Export the information displayed, and there is also a Print option to get a hardcopy.
