In the middle of the screen can select a staff members' identifier, to look at those tasks with three different variations:
My tasks - these are the tasks assigned to the user whose identifier is showing (in the above MASTER).
Assigned Tasks - selecting this will show all the tasks MASTER has assigned to other staff members.
Owned Tasks - this shows
all the tasks owned by MASTER. A task originally assigned by MASTER,
to a staff member; this staff member could then re-assign this on
to another staff member. Therefore, MASTER is still the owner of the
original task, but it has been further assigned by some one else.
As the task list grows, all your tasks will not need to be, so restrictions can be placed on:
Outstanding tasks only.
Completed tasks only.
All tasks.
Viewing the outstanding tasks and marking it as complete, this will automatically disappear from the outstanding task list. Selecting the completed list will show the task.
