Linking OpenSpace client account to IRIS

Introduction

If the client has been created manually, directly in OpenSpace, they will not show as linked in IRIS.

To link an OpenSpace client to IRIS:

1. From the IRIS Portal menu click the magnifying glass.

2. Select the client to display.

3. Click the tools icon, (circled below).

4. IRIS OpenSpace Client screen displays with the options to either link a client to IRIS or create a new client in OpenSpace.

Link to IRIS OpenSpace Client

Selecting this option will allow you to link an IRIS client to an existing OpenSpace client.

Create new IRIS OpenSpace client

This option will create an OpenSpace client and can also set up a client user by:

Entering the details manually or selecting from contacts and email addresses.

No link to IRIS Openspace client

This will remove the current link from the IRIS client to OpenSpace client.

A warning message displays when linked client on Client Reconciliation screen is changed:

• Logs are added to log | Iris.OpenSpace.EventPolling when the Linked client for OpenSpace in practice suite is changed.
