How to retrieve scanned documents

To retrieve the scanned documents:

1. Connect to the server which IRIS Docs is installed on.

2. Click Start then Run.

3. Type services.msc and click OK.

4. Restart the INVU V6 Processing Engine Service.

After 5 minutes the scanned documents should appear in the relevant user’s intray.
