How to stop and start the IRIS Docs Services

Introduction

This topic explains how to stop and start the IRIS Docs services.

1. Click Start and in the Search programs and files box type SERVICES.MSC.

The following screen display.

2. From the list locate each of the following services, right-click and select Stop.

 "INVU V6 Business Engine"

 "INVU V6 Data Hub"

 "INVU V6 Indexing Engine"

 "INVU V6 Processing Engine"

 "INVU V6 Search Engine"

 "INVU V6 Secure Access Server"

 "INVU V6 Thumbnail Generator"

 "IRIS OpenDocs Fixed Lists Service"

 "INVU.EC2.Services.ECM2.WindowsHost.exe"

3. To Start the services, locate each of these services, right-click and select Start.
