Minimum system requirements

Below are the minimum system requirements for the IRIS Docs workstation client:

Dual Core Intel i3 or equivalent

RAM

2GB [Recommended] - 1GB [Minimum]

Disk Space Required*

324 MB [Installed]

Monitor Resolution

1280 x 1024 [Recommended] - 1024 x 768 [Minimum]

 

Recommended Software Requirements for an IRIS Docs Document Management Client Install

Prior to an IRIS Docs Document Management Client installation, the following software needs to be installed:

Installing IRIS Docs on a client machine

  1. Browse to the IRIS Docs installation share on the Docs server, for example, \\servername\IRIS Docs 6.12

  2. Browse to Series 6 Client sub folder.

  3. Run Setup.exe.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Click Finish when available. This will complete the installation.

  6. When the user opens IRIS Docs for the first time it will prompt for the business. Enter the name of the server, which IRIS Docs is installed on.
