As a user in Docs you have initial control over your in-tray, however it is possible to grant other staff access to your IRIS Docs in-tray.
Only you can assign access to this.
To grant access to in-trays:
Open IRIS Docs.
Click Workspace.
Click Connect Users.
Click Add and highlight the user(s) who you want to have access to your in-tray and click OK.
The new users will show within the External Members section. Here is where you choose how much access the other staff will have.
The following options can be granted to staff:
Open Document - users will be able to see the items in your in-tray and can only open the items.
Edit Document - users can make amendments to items in your in-tray.
Delete Document - items can be deleted from your in-tray by other staff.
View Metadata - users who have this option can see information linked to the document, for example, document title, clients who the file is stored. against.
Edit Metadata - this allows users to file and save items from your in-tray.
Full Control - all of the above options will be set.
