The save button is greyed out and I am unable to save the share rights

How do I register a client to appear as a Company Secretarial client?
In order for a Client to appear on the client list as a Company Secretarial client they need to be registered for Company Secretarial.
Clients will be registered in Company Secretarial when they are first selected within the program. This can be done by either Client | Select or clicking the magnifying glass next the to client identifier field.
Change the database view to Whole Practice, highlight the Client and click Select.
If this client has not been used before then Company Secretarial will ask whether they are to be registered within Company Secretary.
How do I enter a business as the Company Secretary of a client?
To make a Business appear as the Company Secretary of a client, go to Edit | Directors/secretary, select the Secretary tab and click New.
If the identifier of the Business is known, enter it into the Secretary identifier field, if not, click the magnifying glass next to this field.
This will bring up a list of people already in the database for the whole practice. At the bottom of this window, deselect the Include People option and select the Include Businesses option.
The screen will now display all the Businesses already entered in the database for the whole practice.
If the Business is already in the database, highlight the Business and click Select. If the Business is not in the database, click New and enter in the Business details.
Once all the Business details have been entered, highlight the Business from the list and click Select.
The identifier of the selected Business will now appear in the Secretary identifier.
Enter the From and To dates as required. If a 288a form is required for the appointment of the new secretary, make sure that there is a From date entered and the Record on history for affected client is selected.
Click Insert to save the appointment of the secretary and to close the window.
What are the implications of de-registering a client?
To de-register a client within Company Secretarial, go to Client | Deregister Client. By doing so, the client will be removed from the client list in Company Secretarial and any information regarding printed forms will be deleted.
This information includes who printed the form, when and which form was printed. To re-register a client, go to Client | Reregister Client

How do I make a non-client a client?
To make a non-client into a client, go to Edit | Share Register | Transactions | View the relevant transaction for the non-client.
Click the magnifying glass for the non-client then highlight the non-client and click View.
Click the Make Client option. Enter an Identifier for the client and click OK. The non-client will now be deleted and recreated as a standard client within the IRIS database.
How do I change the address of a non-client shareholder?
To change the address of a non-client, go to Edit | Share Register | Transactions | View the relevant transaction for the non-client.
Click the magnifying glass for the non-client then highlight the non-client and click View. The details of the non-client will be displayed on screen, click into the address field and amend as required. When complete, click Save to save changes.
