The option will allow the printing of Company Secretarial information for a range of clients that can be selected.
The following screen displays.
Enter the date range to be reported on using the From and To field.
Ensure Only Clients with events relating to form 42 option is selected.
To personalise the report, complete the Order, Selection (or list) and Columns tab.
Order
When selecting the items you would like to Sort
by, the order that the items are ticked will be the order of
the sort.
Selection
The Selection screen can limit the
report to clients that fulfil certain criteria.
Columns
The Columns
screen defines the information
that will be included on the report. To include a column place a tick
to the left of the description. The columns available are specific
to each report.
If you would like IRIS to memorise this report so the information don't have to be inputted again, Select Memorise. For more information about this option click on the question mark in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
The following screen displays.
Select the relevant option listed under the Report Destination section, for example, Printer, PDF, Word Processor or Screen.
Click OK to run the report.
