The Mortgage and Charges information can be viewed from Edit | Mortgage and Charges, select the required entry and then select Edit.

Satisfaction of the property charged

Part or Whole of the Property

When saving a new Mortgage or Charge, click Yes to Log the 'Declaration of Satisfaction of Mortgage or Charge', the Declaration of satisfaction of the mortgage or charge screen displays.

Select the Person signing the form.

Select the option for Full or Partial "Debt for which the charge given has been paid or satisfied".

Released and/or Ceased

When saving a Mortgage or Charge, click Yes to Log the 'Declaration of Discharge of Mortgage or Charge', the Declaration of discharge of mortgage or charge screen displays.

Select the Person signing the form.

Select the option Ceased, Released or Released and Ceased from 'The Charge part of the property or undertaking described has been' section.
