Mortgages and Charges

The Particulars of a mortgage or charge information is picked up from the details entered into Edit | Mortgages and Charges and select Edit.

• The Date of the instrument is picked up from the Date of Creation on the Basic tab

• The  Description is picked up from the Instrument Type and Description on the Basic tab.

• The Date of acquisition of the property which is subject to the change is picked up from Property Acquired on the Basic tab.

• The Amount Secured is picked up from the Basic tab.

• The Names and Addresses information of the Mortgagee(s) or person(s) entitled to the charge  is picked up from the Persons Entitled tab.

• The Short particulars of all the property mortgaged or charged is picked up from the Particulars tab.
