When saving a new Mortgage or Charge, click Yes to Log the 'Declaration of Satisfaction of Mortgage or Charge', the Declaration of satisfaction of the mortgage or charge screen displays.

Select the Person signing the form.

Select the option for Full or Partial 'Debt for which the charge given has been paid or satisfied'.
