The Particulars of a charge information is picked up from the details entered into Edit | Charges

The Date of creation of charge is picked up from the Details tab.

Persons entitled to the charge are picked up from the Persons Entitled tab.

Description of nature of charge, property or undertaking and obligations secured by the charge are picked up from the Particulars tab.

If the LLP is acting as a trustee of the property or undertaking which is the subject of charge, tick the box in Persons Entitled tab to populate Trustee statement.
