The Nature of control by a trust over which the individual has significant control to be picked up from Edit | People with Significant Control | highlight Person with

Significant Control | View | Nature of control | select by a trust over which the PSC has significant control.

Any History Item for 'PSC’s nature of control amended' is shown under Client | View | History tab which falls within or covers the entire statement period will be taken into consideration.

Where details have changed since the last confirmation statement or since incorporation, the current and previous fields should be completed along with the date the change

happened. The date is picked up from the date the event was logged. If something has changed more than once during the period, the continuation pages should be completed.
