The only option IRIS fills in is Option 2 - Private limited by shares. If any of the IRIS templates have been used for the memorandum and articles, then this option should be selected in Option 2.

Any of the options can be selected if the user has added their own memorandum and articles, the options which need to be ticked depend on the options selected on the Reports | Incorporations forms screen.
