This form should be completed if there has been a share split or consolidation of any of the share types in the business.
The registered company number and company name in full should be entered
first. Then the date of resolution is required and relevant information
on the consolidation, sub-division, redemption or re-conversion. The rest
of the form requires details on the statement of capital.
Method 1
Method relating to the consolidation of shares:
Go to Edit | Share Register,
on the Events tab. Click New | Share
Consolidation and enter the necessary details, once complete click
OK ensuring there is a tick next
to Log consolidation
to client’s
history.
Method 2
Method relating to a share split:
Go to Edit | Share Register,
on the Events tab click New | Share Split. Enter the necessary
details, once complete click OK
ensuring that there is a tick next to Log
share split to client’s history.
To print a completed form, go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form SH02 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details, go to Reports | Forms with basic details | Form SH02- Notice of consolidation, sub-division, redemption of shares or re-conversion of stock into shares. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank forms | Form SH02- Notice of consolidation, sub-division, redemption of shares or re-conversion of stock into shares. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
