MG04s is to be completed to register a memorandum of satisfaction where
part or whole
of the property has been released from the fixed
charge or ceased to form
part of the property for a company registered in Scotland.
Go to Edit | Mortgages and Charges, highlight the relevant mortgage or charge and click Edit.
Enter a date for the discharge of the mortgage or charge and click Save.
Choose Yes when asked to 'Log ‘declaration of discharge of mortgage or charge’ event.’
On the following screen, the user is required to choose from the relevant boxes for the two statements.
‘The charge part of the property or undertaking described has been: Released, Ceased, Released and Ceased.’
‘Debt for which the charge given has been paid or satisfied in: Full, Part.’
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight for MG04s and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form MG04s- Application for registration of a memorandum of satisfaction that part (or the whole) of the property charged (a) has been released from the fixed charge; (b) no longer forms part of the company’s property for a company registered in Scotland. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms. Form MG04s- Application for registration of a memorandum of satisfaction that part (or the whole) of the property charged (a) has been released from the fixed charge; (b) no longer forms part of the company’s property for a company registered in Scotland. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
