EW02- Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register

EW02 is completed to tell Companies House the company has withdrawn the election to keep information from the register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register.

The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first, and information about the company’s directors’ usual residential address.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Location of records | untick Register of directors residential addresses at Companies House | OK | Log

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EW02 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EW02 – Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EW02- Withdrawal of election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
