EH06- Update to members’ information on the central (public) register

EH06 is completed to tell Companies House about any updates to members’ information on the central (public) register.

The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first, followed by the Single member company statement (if applicable).

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Location of records | tick Register of members at Companies House | tick All the members have assented to the election | select applicable option between Overseas branch registers have been discontinued and all entries transferred to the company register of members / Single member company | select Date this applied from | OK | OK | Log

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH06 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH06 – Update to members’ information on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH06- Update to members’ information on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
