EH02- Election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register

EH02 is completed to tell Companies House the company has elected to keep information from the register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register.

The company number and the company name in full will be displayed first, and information about the directors’ usual residential address.

To activate the form

Go to Edit | Location of records | tick Register of directors residential addresses at Companies House | OK | Log

To display the form  

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form EH02 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form EH02 – Election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form EH02- Election to keep information from register of directors’ residential address on the central (public) register. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
