The company number and the full business name will be displayed first, and the date the director was appointed and the directors’ details, service address and residential address.
This form should be filled in with all the relevant information, including
the date of appointment for the director/secretary. Some of this information
for example, the date of birth, is only necessary when entering the details
of a director and not a secretary.
Go to Edit | Directors/Secretary,
select the Directors tab and click
New. Select the relevant person
from the client database, if they do not exist then create a new one and
select it once finished. Enter the date the person was appointed in the
From field and give them an Account order number. Ensure the
Record on history for affected client(s)
tick box is selected. Click OK,
the person is then linked to this business.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AP01 and click Print form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AP01 - Appointment of Director. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form AP01- Appointment of Director. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
