AD03 is completed to tell Companies House which of the company records are held at the SAIL.
The company number and full name is required and then the relevant company
records tick boxes should be selected.
Go to Client | View, click on the Address tab and click Records. Select the tick boxes for the company documents that apply and click OK.
Enter the date that the change is effective from and click Log.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form AD03 and click Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AD03- Change of location of the company records to the Single Alternative Inspection Location. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports
| Blank Forms | Form AD03- Change of location of the company records to
the Single Alternative Inspection Location. This opens the completely
blank form in Microsoft Word.
